We are also easily disturbed by news of suffering and division, which thanks to globalization can from the remotest of places we didn’t even knew exists. We also feel betrayed by politics and tired of modern life and the burnout ignited by capitalism. We are at an age, where escaping feeling some levels of anxiety can seem not very possible.
Anxiety is a normal human emotion that everyone experiences at some point in their lives. It’s what we feel when we’re worried about something, and it can be triggered by both positive and negative events. While a certain amount of anxiety is normal and even helpful – it can motivate us to do our best – too much anxiety can be paralyzing.
